Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Complete engines and transmissions may require additional time for inspection, testing, and export packaging.

Customers will receive updates throughout the shipping process.

Secure Packaging

Every engine, transmission, and major component is securely mounted on a pallet or packed in a reinforced wooden crate to help protect it during transport. Smaller parts are professionally packaged using heavy-duty materials.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

– Australia: 2–7 business days
– New Zealand: 3–8 business days
– USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

– Asia: 5–12 business days
– Africa: 7–20 business days
– South America: 8 –21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local government charges that may apply in their country.

Unless we agree on that before shipping so we give you a CIF price covering your local custom and clearing .

Shipment Inspection

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, notify the carrier and contact Phil’s Rotary within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and the product.

3-Month Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products.

All eligible engines and transmissions supplied by Phil’s Rotary include a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

If an eligible product is found to have a verified mechanical defect under normal use during the warranty period, Phil’s Rotary will, at its discretion:

– Repair the product, or
– Provide a replacement unit of equal specification.

Warranty claims must be reported promptly and may require inspection, supporting photos, videos, or a mechanic’s report before approval.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

– Damage caused by improper installation.
– Racing, drifting, competition, or abuse.
– Overheating or lack of lubrication.
– Modifications made after purchase.
– Electrical components, sensors, gaskets, belts, hoses, seals, fluids, or normal wear items.
– Damage caused during shipping after delivery has been accepted.

Professional installation is strongly recommended to maintain warranty eligibility.
